STUDIO NOET puts its customers and their privacy first. We ask for data to enable our services to run as quickly and easily as possible and to be able to adjust your webshop experience as optimally as possible to your expectations. In addition, STUDIO NOET can inform you about product developments, services, competitions and promotional activities.

All administrative data collected by STUDIO NOET, such as name, e-mail, address and telephone number will be kept confidential and will not be sold to third parties. 

For the processing of your order and/or purchase, STUDIO NOET makes your details available to partners who help us carry out our services and activities and deliver your purchases. These partners also attach importance to the security of your data and are secured on that basis.  They will not sell your data to third parties. The information you give STUDIO NOET will be treated with the utmost care.

STUDIO NOET attaches importance to the security of your data. STUDIO NOET uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to protect your data during the ordering process via the Internet.

Credit card details are sent directly to the bank via a secured line. STUDIO NO has no access to this data.

Although STUDIO does NOT apply the above mentioned privacy policy, we would like to point out that STUDIO does NOT guarantee 100% complete security and cannot be held liable for this.

E-mail
The emails or other messages you send to us may be stored. This personal information is then stored on our secure servers. These personal details will not be provided to third parties and/or used for purposes other than the performance of our services. After the termination of our services, these e-mails and other messages will be removed from our secure servers unless these details are important for and related to previous orders and/or assignments.

Storage period
In general, we will not retain your information longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. We will then delete this data. In some cases, we may still need to retain data for a longer period of time. For this we use a retention period of 7 years. This concerns the following cases:
Obligation to keep the books and records. Payment overview/invoices.
Orders, proof of delivery of the orders.

Clicking behaviour and visiting data
The website keeps track of general visiting data.
